Q: How do I know if the VA is working if I cannot see them?
A: Remember that your VA is a business owner and as such will treat your projects as if they are their very own projects. A VA has a huge stake in how they perform their work. If a VA does not perform work or satisfactory work then the VA’s own business reputation is damaged and therefore is highly motivated to complete all projects in a timely and professional manner.

Q: How do I know how much time a VA is spending on my work?
A: Your VA can supply you with a Time Sheet upon your request to show you the amount of time spent on each project.
At myVA, we use Time Tracker to track our time and it provides us with reports that can be sent to each client telling the time spent on the project, the project category, and the project description. Reports are prepared and sent to you on a weekly or monthly basis and must be requested by the client.
Q: Is my information confidential?
A: All information is confidential and your VA should provide you with or at least be willing to sign a Non-disclosure agreement/confidentiality agreement ensuring the confidentiality of your documents.
At myVA, we have a standard Non-disclosure agreement that is signed by all parties involved. This would include you the client, all sub-contractors, and owner of myVA.
Q: What is myVA's communication preference?
A: We would like to communicate with our clients through email or phone. International customers can use Skype instead of phone.
Q: What geographical area does myVA cover?
A: myVA is based in Dubai and since VA work virtually, we can undertake jobs from any emirates in UAE or abroad.
Q: How does myVA work?
A: After you send your initial requirements, myVA will contact you to fully understand your requirements and work out a most cost-effective and efficient solution. Based on our assessment you will receive a quotation with the scope of service and fees. If both parties agree on services and fees on offer, myVA will send you the relevant Contract (Agreement), which must be signed and mailed back before work commences.
Q: What is your working hours?
A: Our working hours are from 8:30 – 17:30 (GMT+4), Sunday to Thursday. The weekend in the UAE is on Friday and Saturday. If you have any work to be completed during weekends or public holidays, an additional 50% of the total amount will apply.
